Is it really £14.99 with nothing else to pay?

Yes. Design, build, hosting, SSL, your domain and ongoing changes are all in it. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any month. Extras like an online shop or a full booking system are quoted separately, and we tell you the price before any work starts.

How long until it is live?

Normally 48 hours from you approving the demo and sending your content. If you need it sooner, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your business name, and if you ever leave we hand over the files and transfer it. You are not locked in.

What if I stop paying?

The site comes down at the end of the paid month and we keep your files for 90 days in case you come back. We always email before anything is switched off.

How did you get my details?

From your public business listing on Google, Facebook or Instagram — the same information any customer can see. We only approach registered UK businesses on their published business contact details, and anyone who asks to be removed is removed permanently.

Can you do more than a simple site?

Yes — online shops, booking systems, member areas and card payments. Those sit outside the £14.99 plan and get quoted properly, because pretending otherwise would be a lie.
